Moo! MAX here to help you understand this new science of Nutrient Dense Beef.

This nutrient dense beef includes the following must haves;

Micronutrients play a very specific and crucial role in orchestrating the digestive process. Scientists once thought of them as being only a collection of vital vitamins and minerals. Micronutrients actually control nutritional metabolism. Hundreds of these impact how we digest, process, and utilize the nutrients we eat. In actuality, the internal cowboys.

Phytochemicals are the natural substances that plants produce and everybody needs. In fact, plants are the sole naturally occurring source of phytochemicals. These compounds help protect our bodies from many causes of diseases. See, I told you grasses are the best part. And, the colorful skins of fruits and veggies protects us against the sun’s harmful rays too. Even better. Ever heard of a cow with a sunburn?

Antioxidants are chemicals that can either prevent or slow down the oxidation of other molecules and are present in many food items. In essence, oxidation is the process by which cells in your body consume oxygen, but it also produces free radicals as a consequence, which can harm cells. Antioxidants eliminate these free radicals, reducing your likelihood of developing illnesses brought on by oxidative stress. Sounds like something everyone needs.

And, leafy greens are the highest in all these, by far, hooves down. Which, what do you think I eat everyday? Oh, I almost forgot to tell ya that I get to roam and eat wherever and whenever I want. My, the grasses I could talk about with the flavors they have. Well, sorry, I could carry on about grasses to eat and lay in all day. It’s so wonderful.

MAX’s Story

Anyway, you know how the cycle of life goes. The sunlight and rain makes the wonderful grasses grow. We cows, heifers, and calves graze on these grasses, while we also, you know, drop cow patties. Over time, all that mixes in with the dirt, just seasoning it for new grass to grow again. Then we get to move from pasture to pasture, letting all the varieties of grasses have time to grow in between. I love it! It’s this heifer’s home on the range. Until my time comes to an end.

Hey, hey now don’t be sad for me. At least with my death, I get to pay it forward in the best possible way! I was born for this journey. Bye for now and the next time you see me, just might be on your plate! Hehehe…

Thanks so much MAX, that was a lot of helpful stuff. I couldn’t have said it better myself. Well, we better let MAX get back to his pasture, his Home on the Range. And know that it was greedy intentions and bad laws creating the meat of today in stores across the country. We need to go back to the right way and giving our cow population a long happy life with a passion for giving back like MAX. This seems to be the new science going forward. Yes, by taking a few steps back in our history to make things right. If not, without food, we have no future.

And, of course, speaking of paying it forward, this community here is all about that. If you are one to want to help pay it forward to others, like myself, look into it here. Paying it forward allows things to come back to you in ways you may not even have imagined. Thanks again for stopping bye.
