Business & Marketing

What Have We Discovered About Multiple Opportunities?

We’ve discovered multiple business & marketing opportunities. All about the things we learn, explore, and experience around working, building, earning and creating opportunities.

Business & Marketing across many platforms

That’s a lot of curiosity being discovered and uncovered. Given that, we want the community here to have a clearer understanding about the direction of this rabbit hole.

Business sometimes seems to connotate owning an actual business, especially when you partner marketing with it. But that’s not always the case. And, we’ve found other possibilities.

Here they are:

  • finding a different way to work
  • learning something new
  • starting something
  • building something
  • marketing something
  • discovering an opportunity
  • figuring out how something actually works
  • finding ways to earn additional income
  • wondering whether something you’ve encountered is really worth pursuing

Very curious right, rabbit? I especially like the last point.

Follow Your Curiosity More Cautiously

Business & Marketing Curious Cautious Rabbit

Stay informed. Let your curiosity wonder. Slow down in this rabbit hole. Be a little more cautious, that’s all. Keep your wits about ya!

This is most important when you ask the question,

“Do you wonder whether something you’ve encountered is really worth pursuing?”

I found myself asking this very question several times, in several instances.

My findings were by following more questions. Seeing the answers provided. Sort out the things that don’t make sense. Weigh the options. Then, find a good balance.

And of course, more rabbit holes. Here are a few of those.

Blogging: Where Business & Curiosity Meet

A few years back, blogging was something individuals did for fun while talking about their favorite topics. They simply shared their personal experiences. Hoping others would like what they had to say.

Now it’s become, for many, growing businesses. What a difference several years can make.

However for me it all started with an idea of creating something that was curiously me, online. Then I came across an offer that sounded too good to be true.

And if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!

But, once in a while, you find something that clicks. Something that gels. Curiosity weighs in.

  • building something
  • marketing
  • creating traffic
  • learning
  • potentially creating income

Here are some additional curious rabbit holes to explore on your own:

Every now and then, something comes along that feels a little different from everything else out there. A different kind of curious opportunity. It wasn’t louder. It wasn’t flashier. It was just, different in a way that makes you take a second look. And, this is one of those things.

Continue through the curious rabbit hole with cautious optimism.

Working & Creating Opportunities

If it’s worth pursuing or not, there just may be a more deep felt question to explore here:

What if the way we work doesn’t have to look like it always has?

Consider these potential alternative ideas:

  • working from home
  • creating another income stream
  • replacing or supplementing traditional employment
  • building something of your own
  • discovering opportunities
  • learning new skills

Some curious opportunities you may want to look into:

The Best Job Is No Job!

Scenario: If the people around you all had Jobs, then your learned tendency would be to get a job as well. On the other hand, if you were surrounded by Business Owners, then your learned tendency would be to become a business owner too.

Now there’s amazing options. The entire Online World is expanding. Moreover, alternative programs are coming into the forefront. Giving way to your curious side may lead to rethinking your entire Job path. Thus a different way of thinking.

Do You Need A 5-Year Retirement Plan?

What company can you work for and retire in 5 years? I don’t know, I had never heard of it until now. So, of course I was skeptical. Wouldn’t you be too? However, what I discovered convinced me that this one was worth investigating further.

This extremely curious opportunity is for the Marketers out there. The company seems to be committed to offering its employees perks and incentives. It was developed for its members who are passionate about the business and promote it. And it’s been around long enough, that those who qualify are currently receiving these benefits.

Be curious. Investigate. Decide for yourself.

Marketing Is More Than Selling

You need to know that marketing is not synonymous with selling. They do, however, have a relationship with one another. Both are business essentials, however marketing lays the groundwork for effective selling. They are complementary functions in the sales process.

With that said, there are many meandering rabbit holes throughout Business & Marketing. Why? Nothing sells without it. Every business has it! They must in order to survive closure.

Many curious questions arise from this single word. And future exploration may lead to these very questions:

Marketing vs. Sales (selling)
  • What is marketing really?
  • Why does every business need it?
  • How do people find something they’ve never heard of?
  • What makes someone click?
  • What makes someone trust something?
  • What’s the difference between marketing and advertising?

This website has blogging, advertising, SEO, classified ads, social media, etc. All are a part of the bigger Marketing picture with plenty of real-world material.

This section of the rabbit hole will expand as we grow, as this website is a part of it all.

Education & Career

Never stop educating yourself by staying curious. Learn as you go no matter your age.

So, this space will become a place that business worthy information will be stored. Currently there are some holes that are a little too small to fit through yet.

This is one of those holes. However, you will notice, in the future, it will become larger for you to fit. But in the meanwhile, I will leave you with some curious thoughts of my own.

The following is what my curiosity has taught me and I’m sure there are others too.

We need a filing cabinet for the following scenarios:

  • There is No pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
  • There is No instant push button cash machine.
  • There is No pie in the sky at the end of the day.
  • There is No raining money on a sunny day.

None of these will get you any richer. Believe me. It doesn’t work like that.

If money was that easy, you wouldn’t have to work for it.

Be curious, not uninformed. Stay tuned!

Things I’ve Discovered Along the Way

Let’s look at some of my own pursuits and discoveries in this current baby rabbit hole. Eventually this will grow and become an adult size labyrinth.

Uncover Discoveries

This section will incorporate some curious finds. For instance:

  • things I’ve tried
  • things I’ve learned
  • things that surprised me
  • opportunities I’ve investigated
  • marketing discoveries
  • lessons learned
  • things that worked
  • things that didn’t

One of those discoveries comes from the social media realm. An integrated story, but full of real world information.

→ The Wild Wild West of hashtags

This gives a little history, their purpose, how to use them, where to use them, how they work and those not to be used.

A curious find that relates to a marketing discovery I learned about.

Another Curious Corner Curiosity.

Sometimes Business Leads Somewhere Else

This is where we can connect the Hub without forcing everything into it.

Possibly turn to other curious connections of curiosity:

Lifestyle

When you need a possible question answered, “How does this way of working affect how we live?” Turn to Lifestyle.

Personal Finance

When the primary question becomes money management, saving, or financial planning turn to Personal Finance.

Technology

When technology itself is the subject of the discovery turn to Technology

Shopping

When the business discovery involves a product, service, deal, or purchase turn to Shopping.

Reading Nook

When you’ve read something and the book/story is the primary reason for the page turn to the Reading Nook.

Business Curiosity Continues.

So…What Are You Curious About?

And one last thought, because business & marketing can be very serious sometimes. Something that may help curiosity develop here could be as simple as a question.

Business & Marketing Cat

Ask yourself to curiously ponder one of these questions:

What could I build?
What could I learn?
What could I try?
What could I discover?

The sky is the limit, or is it really?…And yet perhaps the bigger question:

What if there‘s another way, different from what I’m currently doing?

So Many Choices. Slide down the Rabbit Hole with Cautious Curiosity!
